| 02. How
is shipping computed on multiple items,
exactly? |
- First, our system determines,
from your input information, whether
you are in the U.S., Canada, or
an International delivery zone.
Then our system calculates shipping
for multiple items by charging the
first item at the first item shipping
fee and every "additional item/quantity"
at the additional item fee. In this
way we get a pretty accurate total
for USPS.
e.x If
you have purchased 2 quantity each
for 3 different items and your shipping
address is USA, your total quantity
is 2 X 3 = 6. Your S&H is $3.95 for
first quantity and $0.15 for every
additional quantity i.e $3.95 + 5
X $0.15 = $4.7

I pick up my order? |
| Unfortunately no,
our business license and zoning regulations
do not permit local pickup at our distribution
center.

| 04. When will my item be shipped? |
| We strive to get
your order shipped within 48 business
hours after payment received. Packages
are shipped Monday to Friday; we do
not ship during weekends and holidays.
Delivery time within the USA is 2 to
9 days. Delivery time for international
orders is 5 days to 3 weeks. |

| 05. Will you ship internationally? |
| Yes, we welcome
international shoppers. Product exported
outside the USA usually incurs duties
and taxes. See your local post office
or customs office for details. Declared
value of merchandise is based on the
final purchase price amount. You are
responsible for these fees. Thank you. |

| 06. What is your return policy? |
| Please return any
item you are unsatisfied with within
30 days of the ship date in original
condition for a FULL STORE CREDIT less
shipping and handling. If product is
incorrect or defective full store credit
including shipping and handling will
be offered. Receiving your credit will
take no more than three weeks (from
date package was sent back). Usually
returns will be processed much quicker
though!
